I invite you all to watch and listen to the recent DesteniiProcess Hangout that continues the topic discussed on my previous post related to Headache, despair and stress.
While participating in the hangout I realised the importance of having the support of the Destonians group and people that do care about Life on Earth, in humans, animals and all the beings, to share the problem and, even more important, to share the solutions! This is the potential that exists within Humanity while we are currently busy with competition and blinded by separation, when in fact the key is looking insider Self, take a decision to sort out one's mess and to live the decision to expand oneself outside of one's fears and judgments.
Through this process I come to realise that the outcome of taking care of self is the cooperation with others, because in self-stability one is stable to give and share. By giving and sharing, one is receiving from the interaction with another, from their solutions, perspectives and there is mutual support. This is also what the Thursday DesteniiProcess live hangouts are about.
